The workout was kinda fun. Harder than I expected.
My favorite part is the book it comes with. The trackers are amazing!
Each week, in my main planner, I do the same basic layout. Each and every week. My bullet journal will be different layouts, but it usually has the same info as well. I figured I’d do an explanation of it this week!
Finally back to the gym. Next week, I start a new workout program (LIIFT 4), and it has THREE rest days. Those three rest days, I’ll be doing C25K. I had to promise to NOT do double-workouts, so I’ll be doing the C25K stuff Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Yeah, I really don’t know what to call these blog posts most of the time.
Right now, I’m getting ready to shower, so I can then pass out because I have to be at work at 6a tomorrow.
But I did get my double workout in.
I might be dead tomorrow, but I did get that workout in.
Tomorrow is Legs, so I might actually die.
At least the workouts aren’t an hour long anymore.
