Work It Out

A friend said she was going to do the Tough Mudder thing. I decided to look into it.

$127 for the cheapest tickets. Yeah. No.

But, I want to make a commitment to myself to semi-train for it.

How does one go about doing that? I have NO idea!

Today, I woke up with a wicked headache, that was giving all the signs of turning into an aura migraine. So, I went back to bed after taking some Excedrin Tension. I wanted to be able to be free to take the Excedrin Migraine in case I needed it before work.

Vlogmas 2015: Day 08 :: MY BIRTHDAY

Just a video slideshow. I know. Weak ass, but I decided to actually enjoy my day and not just film it. I at least took some pictures 😉

I will say that I had an amazing day. I loved spending the day with my husband, and enjoying a lot of good food. I ate ALL my calories with one meal, 😆 and you know what? I’m okay with that. I also did a work-out today and I’m damn proud of myself for that. I did a Leslie Sansone video (Mix and Match Walk Blasters … I did Light Walk, Brisk + Steady, Short + Sweaty, and Flexibility Walk)

Never skip a work-out. I’m learning that.

Wish me luck tomorrow, because we’re doing a challenge in one of the groups I’m in of NO SODA (I’m actually on Day 03) and half our weight in water!

I’m proud of them! Not that I made them, but because the one with the silver stitch on the pocket (LEIs) are a size 5 and the others (Levi’s) are a size 4.

And they’re loose. :O

And I’ve hit 15k in steps today.
