I wrote these at work during slow times, and honestly, I am quite proud of them. I think they are exactly what I need to follow, AND I can easily split them up by month and then by week, and even by day. It’s hard to give up on a goal when it’s something small every day that I need to do!

Yes, two weeks. I forgot to last week. Oh well. I’m tired. I’m exhausted. It’s fall. I can tell. I’m over it, haha. This week, we dealt with something gross but you tend to get if you’re too clean, apparently 😆 We also had a wedding on Thursday. Last week? I have NO idea what was wrong with last week. I just forgot EVERYTHING. 😆

Nomming away at my ABCs and 123s spaghetti-o’s and definitely not thinking about supplement reviews. Nah, just not worth it.
I’m not worried about how skinny I am or am not. I’ve given up on that. Who really cares? My body, my size, my life. My choices.
I’m healthy-ish. I’m at a good weight for my size. The rest really doesn’t, and shouldn’t, matter.
I’m nobody’s definition of perfect, but I’m content.
