SO TIRED

12.5 hour shift.
28132 steps (SHealth says 28987)
11.73 miles (16.46 miles)
523 active minutes (295)

I’m not even wanting to know true calorie burn but I’m counting THAT as a workout.

And I did it on 4 hours of sleep (5 according to SHealth). And 3 from yesterday.

Good night and I get to do it all again tomorrow. Monday’s my day off and I might make it an actual day off (I’d planned on doing arms to give my legs a break, )

Okay… I Walked a LOT!

Since that screenshot, I’ve added over 1k in steps (purposeful steps).

I’m gonna be sore tomorrow!

I was only supposed to work from 645a until 3p. A coworker has sun poisoning (she’s a redhead … and went to a lake for a week, ;)). So, I volunteered to cover her shift. Another coworker was late, so I covered the first part of her shift as well.

So, I worked from 645a until 315p, and then worked from 4p until 730p, because we finished early. A normal 4 hour shift can get me anywhere from 7500 steps to over 12000, depending on which position I am doing and how many patients there are.
