Sleep has always been something I struggle with. I’m just not good at it.
But, it’s getting better. Slowly, but surely. I still have bad days, but my body is doing better at it’s job!
I just wish FitBit would STOP switching between this view and the other view when it comes to things!
Everyday, I fight to wake up. I’m getting enough sleep at night. I know that’s not it. I just can’t seem to force myself to wake up. Since Josh just lets me sleep, I go with it. I need to stop and start getting up.
Yesterday, I had everything graphic-wise done by now. Today? I’ve got nothing done. Absolutely nothing. If I wake up early enough, I feel energized and feel like I can do anything. Sleep in? I’m lazy for the rest of the day.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to figure it out. Took me long enough, right? So, new goal: WAKE UP EARLY!
