Polar FT7 – Day 01

I purchased myself a Polar FT7. Today was the day it arrived. I am loving playing with it, & finding out what all I can & can’t do with it! Ready for more!

I love that it’s lilac and pink. I found a matching cup at Walmart (bubba 28 oz Capri bottle neon pink), and I can’t wait to use the two in conjunction.

I also purchased another Jillian Michaels DVD (Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred) and some walking hand weights (similar to these: SELF Soft Hand Weights, 4-Pound, Blue/Black)to use for the 30 Day Shred items (Beginner Shred and Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred).

Today, I did my Couch to 5K and it felt good. I’m still working on breaking in my shoes (because I did NOTHING this weekend due to sickness).

Seriously loving all that I’m doing for myself and getting healthier!

Also, my friend Kori is addicted to Shaun T-related workouts and I think I might be becoming addicted to Satan, I mean Jillian Michaels 😛

I have my gorgeous and wonderful FitBit Flex but I needed something extra, something better, something new.

I have a Polar – FT7F Heart Rate Monitor in lilac and pink coming to me. It’s due to arrive on or before April 03! I’m so excited! The next week, I’ll be starting 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels, on top of Couch to 5k!

I’m doing good on my steps! Yesterday, I upped my goals to 10k a day, and well, today, I think I’ve knocked that out of the park 😉

Project: Life {Week 05}

Woo! I’m officially NOT behind! That’s winning, right? Ugh. Today has been VERY stressful! I’m over it, and I don’t think it’s going to get any better for a bit (Josh’s oral surgery went very well, and he’s got feeling in most of his mouth back and bleeding has fully stopped).
