I have a goal for May to average one mile a day for the month (meaning at least 31). I don’t mean FitBit miles all together. I mean purposeful miles. Yesterday, my Gear Fit 2 battery was mostly dead, as was my phone (phone was at 16% today, too, though I didn’t mess with it … ). So, today, I “made up” the miles. I can, because of the route I take, go every other day and get the average easily, but I would rather have too many miles at the end of the month than not enough!

I went back to the gym. Husband went with me too!! I burned a total of 518 calories while I was there. It’s not a lot, but I got a full workout, including two cardio ones!
Did a 95lb row! Only one but I now have a goal!
1.88 miles in 34 minutes. I know that seems slow, but now I’m building up stamina. That’s what matters now!
