My parents bought a couch with a 5-year or something money back guarantee/warranty on it. Two years after they bought it, the company they bought it from went under. They lost their warranty. Dad got a similar warranty from the laptop he bought from Circuit City, long before they went under (like 2 or 3 years). This time, though, they got the number for the warranty place. Thankfully, since Dad has had a few issues with his laptop (he’s not gentle at all with his electronics).

I Don’t Wanna!!
I don’t want my vacation to end. I’m loving it here at my parents. This couch that I’m sitting on? Comfy as hell. This TV I’m watching Mom play MarioKart on? Huge as hell.
Basically, here’s the breakdown:
2 tanks of gas
Groceries for trip
Bags for packing my sister’s baby stuff
Baby shower stuff
Baby monitor for my parents house
The cost of it? Priceless because I’m getting to spend time with my family. And I’m loving it.
Even if my sister is deciding to be a pain the patootie,

Class of 1999 Reunion
We went to Holton today. Spent a good portion of time in a park surrounded by Josh’s fellow classmates of the Class of 1999. A good portion were parents. It was nice to see everyone, though I knew not a one, .
Otherwise, not much going on. Totally exhausted here right now.
Sharing what is shared with me
I do not know the Spohrs. Honestly, before I heard about the passing of Maddie on April 7, 2009, I’d never heard of them. But, as soon as I heard, I felt for them. My parents lost my brother, Joshua [yes, the same name as my husband], at 7 weeks, due to many complications. To this day, mentioning my brother brings a tear to my mom’s eye, and he would be 22 this October. That is the reason I’ve gone purple on my blog, my twitter page, and my Plurk page. TweetDeck is also in purple, along with my Trillian Astra theme, and even my desktop [minus the background page].

Less Words Wednesday
Ethan’s 4th birthday was yesterday. I think he had a good one. Got some Scooby toys, some Thomas stuff [from us and Pappaw], a robot [from my parents], Mack from Cars, and several DVDs [Pinocchio, 2 Thomas, Madagascar 2 -double pack-, ]. He got a Transformers gift bag and Transformers wrapping paper. Yet, he got no Transformers toys. Why? Because the current ones out suck! We have to wait until the new release of toys for the new movie in June before he can get those.
