If you follow me on Twitter, you’ll know that I’m on the hunt for a local primary care provider here in Topeka. I had one in Holton, who has since moved to Topeka, and I literally drive by his office anytime we leave the apartment, unless we’re going to Madi’s school. I do not like him though. He treated me like a moron who didn’t know her own body when I told him there was something lodged in my ribs while I was pregnant. He still didn’t believe me after Ethan was born, and there was a rib-shaped imprint in his foot (which he still bears to this day). He also brushed off concerns that other members of Josh’s family (Jamie and Kathy), which could have prevented many things, in our opinion.
I’ve never been one to actually want to see a doctor, but I’m tired of living in pain with my digestive system. I’m tired of one time thinking I figured out what caused the problem, and then cutting it out. And adding it back a few months later, being fine, only to have it start up all over again. I’m tired of being jumpy and jittery and never being able to sleep because my brain won’t shut up.
I’m just tired of not feeling like myself. I’m just tired of feeling like someone else is living my life and that I’m living in a fog.
I’m just tired of lying to myself and saying that everything is fine and that nothing is wrong.
I swear, the bed is cursed. We’ll go all day without fighting, and as soon as we get into bed, we start arguing. It’s absolutely insane. Either we need a new one, or we need to just do “something”, XD. Yeah, still haven’t paid that debt :loser:. Last night we were fighting because :omg:, I was tired of getting hit in the back of my legs or my actual back, because he likes to sleep in the middle of the bed. Then we fought because he “took care of Madi” after her nightmare. Personally, I think he should have just left her in the bed. She wasn’t bothering anyone, and he was going to be getting up in a few hours anyway. He’s mostly just pissy because he got Madden yesterday, and refused to go to bed at a decent hour (he finally turned off the TV sometime after midnight). I started to fall asleep ( :reading: ), but his ass woke me up so he could argue :impatient: What is the deal with men?
JuJu Bean’s FH Mark left this morning. Poor thing was stuck with Brian (from here forward, better known as Moron, since we know so many Brians), because he was leaving with Mark. This guy seriously must not have any other friends, because he’s constantly over at Mark and Julie’s. :loser: I don’t like him. He’s a chauvinistic ass who thinks he’s God’s gift to women (yeah right).
In other news: I’m working on another contest for the blog, so keep an eye out for that. I think it’s going to be movie-related this time, but we’ll see 🙂
Prizes are already chosen though:
1st: 3 months free at Sigs ‘n More
2nd: 2 free tags from Sigs ‘n More
3rd: 1 custom theme from Sigs ‘n More
Yeah, that’s me. No, it’s not in a bad way. Basically, I’ve got a habit of putting my foot in my mouth, or sounding extremely dorky, XD.
I’m proud of my dorkiness, but even the kids join Josh in the shaking of heads, sometimes.
We’re walking through Walmart. We pass the New Music display, and I see the new video by Kimberly Locke. I said “Hey, that’s the video she was doing during Celebrity Fit Club”. Josh goes, “Yes it is” like I’m a moron, XD. I got a few giggles from Frances and Amber, but man, I did embarrass myself there a bit. Hey, at least it wasn’t for letting one rip or something, XD.
Oh, another way I embarrass myself: to cheer myself up over the fact that Mark and Julie are leaving us *sniffle* I downloaded 98 Degrees, Backstreet Boys, Savage Garden, and N’SYNC, XD. Pathetic right?
Just remember, never shop with me if there’s computer programs or components available. Yeah, I literally start to drool. Lately, though, it’s been at certain vehicles (ones we’re looking at), and household appliances (fridge, stove, washer/dryer, etc). How pathetic is that?
Speaking of cars, Josh and I both are going nuts for the Toyota 4Runner. Kana, a friend of ours from Hawaii that we met in Florida, and his then girlfriend had one, and DAMN, that thing was COMFY, and fit two large dogs in the back with plenty of room, so definitely enough room for us. XD Even brand new, the price is something we could live with. Josh like the engine: 4.0-Liter V6. I liked it because it was a perfect size, and is pretty freaking close to what I want in an SUV for the price we’re willing to pay 🙂
