Yes, two weeks. I forgot to last week. Oh well. I’m tired. I’m exhausted. It’s fall. I can tell. I’m over it, haha. This week, we dealt with something gross but you tend to get if you’re too clean, apparently 😆 We also had a wedding on Thursday. Last week? I have NO idea what was wrong with last week. I just forgot EVERYTHING. 😆
So, because I suck, you get two weeks worth of pictures!
I’ve been scrapping, dealing with the ick that is lice (WOO, GONE! If you have a notice of them, or get them, I suggest the LiceFreee! products. It’s full of ick (lice) but the products have a nice, pleasant, licorice scent.
Yesterday, my brother-in-law Jesse married the love of his life, my new sister-in-law Megan! It was a beautiful and sweet wedding. Lots of laughs through-out the ceremony, and the reception, which completely and totally suited them! Here are just a few of my favorite pictures:
My sister texted me earlier, telling me that she was taking my nephew, Hunter, to the Emergency Room. He was congested, had a slight temp (99F), and was puking up what he was eating. Thankfully, she doesn’t have Wholesale Insurance for him, so she was able to be seen fast. It could also be the fact that he’s only three months old. He was sent home with the advice to use a humidifier because he’s too young for decongestants. Strange how quickly things on that front change, since when Madi was that age, they could very well have prescribed them for her.
It worried me though because my friend, Michelle’s son, Thomas, also ended up the hospital this week, because of Rotavirus. Icky stuff, that. He’s only 6 weeks old, so it was even more urgent. He seems to be doing well, now as well, but it was a bit dicey there for awhile. Last I heard, he was still in the NICU, but he was pissed that they were limiting his intake of formula, which I think is a good sign.
My nephew is due Sept. 24, and it’s 13 days after my sister’s 20th birthday, and I want to spoil him. He’s the only nephew I’m gonna have for awhile, unless Jamie or Jesse decide they want to spit a kid out 😉
1. Fisher Price – Precious Planet 2-Pack Crib Sheet Set
Not the exact design that Megan has picked out, but it fits the jungle theme, and it’s BRIGHT!! Babies like bright, right?
2. Tiddliwinks Safari Bedding Collection
The design Megan chose. Isn’t it just adorable? Much better than the camo Randal was wanting 😉
3. Tiddliwinks Safari Faux-Fur Stripe Blanket
My kids have outgrown their crib blankets but they still carry them around. Colton [my nephew’s name] will be needing something like that for when he starts toddling around 🙂
4. Personalized Animal Baby Name Print
That would be so ADORABLE with Colton on it. Before I order, I’ll wait until his name is on the birth certificate, as this is his 4th name change, 😆
5. Colt Horse
We’re a family of rednecks who like horses. Don’t tell me this wouldn’t fit!! Plus, his nickname is gonna be Colt, 😆 Fits totally!
6. Reebok Indianapolis Colts Infant Tank and Crew Set
Megan’s FMIL is not a fan of the Colts. Well, I am, so my nephew will be decked in Colts stuff, at least when I’m around,
7. Halo – Organic SleepSack Wearable Blanket 4-piece set, Cowboy Print
Cowboy print. Need I say more?
8. Gerber – Newborn Boys’ 21-Piece New Baby Gift Set
Yes, she got a buttload of clothes already but, come on, who doesn’t want new clothes?
9. Garanimals – Newborn Boys’ Creeper
It’s got a “wion” on it!!
10. Kidco Bath Storage Basket
Heck, I want this, 😆
11. Tiddliwinks Safari Hamper
Cloth, so she can wash the hamper part, but also great because if it starts to stink, she can WASH it. Plus, it matches the theme!!
12. Tiddliwinks Safari Baskets Set of 2
The house they’re looking at doesn’t have a lot of space, so these baskets can be put on shelves anywhere, and not take up a lot of room!! Also, if you can’t tell, they MATCH!
13. precious planet 5pc newborn gift set- boy
It’s *squee-able adorable!!
What would you get for a newborn baby boy who seems to already have it all?
