I put Madison’s hair up in pigtails this morning. I decided I was going to use her hair as my P365 shot for the day (got it over early, huh?). Well, I decided I didn’t want posed. I told her “ignore me”. Ignore me she did. That’s was annoyance on her face, not because I was taking her picture, but because I was blocking the TV while she was trying to get on her coat Rolling on the floor laughing

Day 15 – your dream house

Oh holy crap! I could go on and on on this! Right now, we have two singular requirements, well, three/four: 3 bedroom, 2 bath minimum. A garage (attached or unattached). A basement. See, the basement is 100% because if it’s a Burm house (built into a hill), then damn it, I don’t require the basement! I’m pretty safe unless the tornado comes straight through the house. I’d die in a basement if it did that ;)

So, those are our minimum requirements. My dream?

  • A BIG kitchen. I love to actually cook and make things as fresh as possible, but when you’re in an 8×8 kitchen, where half that space is taken up by cabinets and not enough counter space (nuker, toaster, Foreman, everyday utensils, etc), you can’t do too much! I hate feeling claustrophobic in my own kitchen!
  • I’d love a study/library. Somewhere we can put all the books and things. Plus, a quiet place to just sit and write. Or sit and design. You know, just BE one with the knowledge :P
  • Josh wants a finished basement or big game room/living room for a big TV to hang on the wall, full surround sound, and all those gadgets and gizmos. Honestly, I’d love it too!
  • Another plus for us would be LAND! Just wants a ginormous dog, and I’m not against it! That, and I want a couple kitties. I <3 cats, seriously, :lol:
  • This one is a plus for the kiddos: I’d honestly like 3 bathrooms. A bitch and a pain to clean, BUT, that means that each kiddo would have their own bathroom! I’ve found two sets of awesome bathroom themes that would suit each kiddo perfectly! Turtles for Ethan and monkeys for Madison. Too absolutely perfect right?

So, that’s my dream home. I have no big requirements. Nothing too major, and seriously shouldn’t be as freaking expensive as it apparently is, especially in Kansas, where the cost of living is supposedly so freaking cheap!

Day 14 – a non-fictional book

Um, wow. Another I have to think about. Hmm, how about Children’s Illustrated Dictionary. That’s something good, right? Um, it might not have anything about a spa cover, or anything, but it’ll have other information, that’s good for children! We gotta think about the children! Life continues on because of children!

Waiting on the Bus

Don’t worry about these children though! Trust me! They’re going to be just fine! They might be completely insane, but they’re smart with it. They know how to use their cuteness to get them out of things, and they know when to use their brains ;)
