I’m sore. Got a workout in, then worked from 130 until 715. Not a lot of hours, but it resulted in a lot of steps!
This is the starting stats. Yeah, I’m being a little brave, I think, sharing them.
Also, the curve of my spine is insane. It curves in SO MUCH!
Hey look! An early update. I’m forced to sit here at the desk because I might have over done it a little!
This was the first work-out. Look at that time! 734 am! That’s a great time to workout, I think!
I decided to try my Walk It Off in 30 Days. Since the plan is the walking Mon-Wed-Fri, and firming the other days, I went with the firming.
Oh, boy, are the thighs a shaking!
Just a video slideshow. I know. Weak ass, but I decided to actually enjoy my day and not just film it. I at least took some pictures 😉
I will say that I had an amazing day. I loved spending the day with my husband, and enjoying a lot of good food. I ate ALL my calories with one meal, 😆 and you know what? I’m okay with that. I also did a work-out today and I’m damn proud of myself for that. I did a Leslie Sansone video (Mix and Match Walk Blasters … I did Light Walk, Brisk + Steady, Short + Sweaty, and Flexibility Walk)
Never skip a work-out. I’m learning that.
Wish me luck tomorrow, because we’re doing a challenge in one of the groups I’m in of NO SODA (I’m actually on Day 03) and half our weight in water!
