I went out with the best of intentions.
After I woke up at 1am with a gastric intestinal issue.
After not eating a bite for breakfast.
Yesterday wasn’t that good (I was in a lot of abdominal pain, courtesy of a junky digestive system), but I at least got my “second light” (meaning 2k in steps).
I feel good!
Though I was FREAKING STARVING and that sucked.
Need to start eating more.
Also, if you can’t tell: I have the weirdest stride. Soon, I’ll have to get a more accurate read but Josh read from back toe to front heel as nearly 2 feet, and yet I don’t get 5 miles with 10k :O
Today is going to be my first non-goal day in almost a MONTH but today is NOT going to be a good day.
Woke up just before 4am with extra cramps, courtesy of my intestines going “Hey, we’re going to escape somehow.”
Because of the lack of sleep (I can’t even nap for longer than 20 minutes at a time), and extreme issues with lack of all those things a body needs (I’m trembling and shaking, heart is racing, all that fun stuff courtesy of anemia from it all), I’m just going to rest and recuperate. Exactly what my body needs, so that I’m back in fighting form tomorrow (or at least Monday).
