One Item Ticked Off the List

I have a list of things I need to do this week while I’m off. Each day, I’ll choose a different task.

Today was my bathroom. I know, this pic, it doesn’t look like much was done, but I went through EVERYTHING! Four trash bags were filled!

The Planner!

I’m happy with this new layout that I use for my planner! ALL LINES!

Okay, the boxes above aren’t actually lines but I can put pictures and things there. ๐Ÿ˜€

But I LOVE the lines!

Happy Planner FTW!

FOCUS : Word of the Year 2018

The time of year is upon me when I need to choose my “word of the year“. I’ve been doing it for a few years, and the one year it worked well for me was when I chose “happy”. I almost went with it again for 2018, but instead I chose “FOCUS“.

definition of focus

I’m excited for this year!

My main direction for “FOCUS” will be the second definition. directed attention. I think it’s going to be a good year. I’m ready for something big and new to happen. I know that I am going to have to make it happen, but I am ready to FOCUS on me, on life, on all the things!

Goals for 2018:

Health/Fitness:

  • Focus and finish a fitness program
  • Drink me some Shakeology
  • Get back to the Gym

Family/Friends:

  • Make memories
  • Share love
  • Be present

Writing:

  • Write the novel I originally started planning for November
  • Win NaNoWriMo 2018

Have you chosen a word? How are you going to use it to help you set your goals for 2018?

2016 Word

So, I couldn’t keep it quite any longer!

I stole this from someone else in a fitness group I’m in but it’s perfect for life: BALANCE!

Here is the definition I’m following:

mental steadiness or emotional stability; habit of calm behavior, judgment, etc.

I’m excited to start the new year. 2015’s choice of “HAPPY” was the best decision I have ever made, I have to say. I’m so glad I did. I decided to change my own outlook on life completely and since then, I’m finding I am more happy!
