Things are going okay here. Kids don’t have school for the rest of the school year. At least not in-school school. The district is working on the online aspect. This is good, because if they can figure this out now, they’ll be able to figure it out later when it comes to snow days. Then they won’t have to add extra days anymore. Maybe?
Madi’s class is working on a timeline project in class this week, so I had to go through and find pictures for her class.
So, we go through, hunting down back-up disks and photo disks. After I printed off the ones we wanted, I decided to upload a few to Flickr.
This one? One of my all-time favorites. Madi was about a year or so in this picture, which makes me about 22. Young hot thing then, right? All I can really say is that breastfeeding? Great for the complexion.
I also found a crazy amount of pictures of TiTi.
I think I have found my topic for tomorrow’s Thursday Thirteen, and plenty of blog fodder for the year to come.
See the faces my husband and I are making? There’s a very good reason for this.
Our son just threw a spectacular fit and I caught it on camera. The purpose of the fit: putting on “big boy pants”.
Yes, my son, the usually nice, sweet boy, decided to lose his mind over wearing Cars underpants instead of Cars pull-ups. 🙄
This week, we’re starting potty-training. He’s not thrilled with it one bit. He threw a fit for 10 minutes, non-stop, because he was “too small” and the underpants were “too big”. Yes, he was actually saying “I’m too small” and “they’re too big” over and over.
I definitely learned I’m an official mommy blogger though with it. First thought to my mind: So much blogger fodder. *w00t*
So, any suggestions for first-time boy potty-training? I’ve done a girl, but this one is going to be “difficult” to say the least 🙂
