Just A Day

Today I had a cleaning for my teeth. I got great results. Just the one filling left to do and then we’re going in for a nightguard! I’m so excited. Then again, it’s not like I have a lot of teeth left that are fully original 😉 I do still wonder if some of the work should have been done a long time ago, though. Oh well. At least it’s done now!

Then I worked my normal shift. After delivering cookies to everyone. 😀

Now it’s time for me to go to bed. Tomorrow Josh and I are both off, and I don’t know what we’re going to do! It’s supposed to be NICE and I’m ready for that!

Worked Out

Hey look! An early update. I’m forced to sit here at the desk because I might have over done it a little!

This was the first work-out. Look at that time! 734 am! That’s a great time to workout, I think!

I decided to try my Walk It Off in 30 Days. Since the plan is the walking Mon-Wed-Fri, and firming the other days, I went with the firming.

Oh, boy, are the thighs a shaking!

Motivation Monday … or something

It’s time to get real.

At least focused.

This was before I did Day 01 of Blogilates February 2016 workout. I did have to replace one workout with 4 minutes on the trampoline, but I’m not worried about that. It was still a workout.

My shoulders HURT from that workout too!

I didn’t believe it. I took the scale into another room. Same thing. I guess it’s true.
I’m not finished. I’d like to see 115. If I don’t, it’s okay. If I go back to 125, it’s okay. As long as I’m still being more active now than I have before, I’m happy with any result I have.

This is me, owning it, and being proud of it.

Quick Post Before X-Files

Or during, I guess 😉 First, I love X-Files, so this will be short and sweet.

Second, I got 3 new pairs of workout pants and I love them. A pair of grey and light green butterfly ones, a pair of ones with roses and things, and then triangles. I love them.

Now I’m going back to X-Files!

Just Me

Yesterday, I didn’t do much with the working out (headache), so today I’m like “I’m gonna do it” and I did.

I worked out.

I wasn’t thrilled with it but I did it. I ended up finishing the workout with a smile and a laugh. I was like “Oh, I can probably do Intermediate” … haha, nope. I’m glad I stuck with the beginner because HAHAHAH … my butt and hips are SORE. In a good way though. Muscle fatigue, not muscle pulled.

But I did it, and I’m proud of myself.

Plus I also got a little more sleep. Not a LOT of sleep but enough! Not that anyone else would consider it enough 😆
