I truly love these sorts of challenges and days. I don’t know. I guess I don’t appreciate all the things that happen in the day! I missed some prime picture moments (like the sunset, my husband coming home (or being home)) but I’m not worried about it! I got some great ones, including my son actually posing for a few! That was precious in and of itself!
The day started sort of late. I took a sleep-aid because ugh, SO MUCH PAIN in my head and body from being stressed to the max by my neighbors. So, I woke up long enough this morning to say goodbye to my husband. Around 9am, a diesel truck started up, which jolted me awake. I wasn’t ready to fully wake up, so I hung out with Kendall the Kindle and read Continue reading
I have probably said it a few times, but I hate doing the dishes. I hate it. My hands hurt, the soap never smells good or its too over-powering. I’m there for what feels like hours, scrubbing away. So tiresome and mundane.
Well, Palmolive‘s new soap line, Fresh Infusions, changed that for me. I got the chance to try three of their newest scents: Lemon Thyme, Lime Basil, and Ginger White Tea. The Ginger White Tea is my favorite, but the Lime Basil runs a close second. It smells like a margarita, which makes me quite happy.
I used two of them yesterday, and I can’t think of a single complaint. The smell wasn’t overpowering, but was long lasting. My hands didn’t feel like I had played with sandpaper, so that’s a plus.
Basically? I would recommend it without question. It works. And that’s saying something after washing the pans from meatloaf last night.
When I opened my Influenster Mom VoxBox, I was surprised to see a drying mat. I was excited to try it out, though. I have to dry dishes all the time. Dishwasher can’t hold everything. I hate using a towel though.
I love it. Seriously! It’s made doing dishes so much easier to do. They dry so easily. Simply. No mess. No fuss.
CARE: For best results, allow The Original Dish Drying Mat to thoroughly dry between uses. Frequently machine wash, with like colors, in cold water with a liquid detergent, and before first use. Tumble dry low. Do not iron. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets.
See! Easy to care for!
CAUTION: The Original Dish Drying Mat should not be used as a pot holder, oven mitt, or hot pad.
