Life is going to be slower this week. After the insanity that was last week, I need that break!
Today Josh and I both went to the gym!
I did Couch to 5K. 29 minutes and went 1.5 miles! Josh did something similar (I think he did two).
Then I did a circuit to work the arms (did an extra with my abs as well).
I’m a little sore today, but I feel good. I have over 21000 steps!
I purchased myself a Polar FT7. Today was the day it arrived. I am loving playing with it, & finding out what all I can & can’t do with it! Ready for more!
I also purchased another Jillian Michaels DVD (Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred) and some walking hand weights (similar to these: SELF Soft Hand Weights, 4-Pound, Blue/Black)to use for the 30 Day Shred items (Beginner Shred and Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred).
Today, I did my Couch to 5K and it felt good. I’m still working on breaking in my shoes (because I did NOTHING this weekend due to sickness).
Seriously loving all that I’m doing for myself and getting healthier!
I got some new shoes, and oh do I love them!
I have my gorgeous and wonderful FitBit Flex but I needed something extra, something better, something new.
I have a Polar – FT7F Heart Rate Monitor in lilac and pink coming to me. It’s due to arrive on or before April 03! I’m so excited! The next week, I’ll be starting 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels, on top of Couch to 5k!
I’m doing good on my steps! Yesterday, I upped my goals to 10k a day, and well, today, I think I’ve knocked that out of the park 😉
