Hit the Gym!

Finally back to the gym. Next week, I start a new workout program (LIIFT 4), and it has THREE rest days. Those three rest days, I’ll be doing C25K. I had to promise to NOT do double-workouts, so I’ll be doing the C25K stuff Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Wow.

Yeah, I ran for 20 minutes. It doesn’t sound like much.

No, screw that. Not saying that. It’s big. For me. I don’t care about how well you can do. I did amazing. I kicked ass. But I did it! For me. And me alone.

Today … I Started Over

I had some big ballsy plans to go big and use tens for my workout. That was a failure, big time. I could barely lift the 5s! That’s sad, crazy and I feel like a failure. But I at least worked out!

Worked Out

Hey look! An early update. I’m forced to sit here at the desk because I might have over done it a little!

This was the first work-out. Look at that time! 734 am! That’s a great time to workout, I think!

I decided to try my Walk It Off in 30 Days. Since the plan is the walking Mon-Wed-Fri, and firming the other days, I went with the firming.

Oh, boy, are the thighs a shaking!

Today …

Today, we’re going back to the future.

No, I don’t know. Ignore my weirdness.

No, today, I’m frustrated but I’m not going to go into why. It’s all internet and computer related, and I think I’ve fixed it. We’ll see.

Today though, I went on my C25K day 02! Woo hoo! I got my phone ready for fall (autumn). And, we got a “free” upgrade to our data plan until 2017 (we’re paying for 3-gigs, but getting 6-gigs). WOO HOO!

I really like how these all turned out. I got the pics from Zedge (Android app). 😀 Font is … something. I installed it through iFont.
