Schedule In Your Workouts

A very smart person (aka my Beachbody coach, also a planner and creator of this kit) tells her team to schedule your workouts like you would an appointment. You wouldn’t miss that appointment without a really good excuse, so why would you miss a workout?

Tomorrow, I work a double. I get off at 215p-ish and I have to be back at 4p. That gives me an hour to get home, a workout, and a quick wipe-down to get rid of the sweat. It might mean a drive back to work with the windows down (or AC on full-bore) but I’m not going to make an excuse.

Tomorrow, I will start 21 Day Fix. 😀

Shopping … Again

*beep* *beep* *beep*
The barcode scanner just beeps.
Continuously, it drones on

The thought of going back to retail
Scares me to the tips of my toes.

Okay, that feels better.
No, I’m not going back to work. Josh and I have already tentatively decided on a game plan, should the USPS go 5-day. He’ll be doing a night job (mostly overnights), and I’ll be going back to school, so that I can get my education on, and get a nice job that way. *w00t*

We’re hoping that doesn’t come to fruition, for the simple fact that that would require me to go into something I probably will hate in three years, but will have to continue anyway. If I get to go back, and study what I like, I’ll be a much happier camper.

Though, now, I have to figure out what I want to do!

Who knew so much drama could ensue over one picture. I was called lazy and that I “could do better than that” over my Less Words Wednesday post. The so-called controversial picture?

Small Sigh of Relief

I’m no longer stressing over the PO bullshit.

The NALC is actually behind Potter right now on this issue. Why? Because he was only asking for the option, since Congress is the one who screwed over the PO in the first place. The PO is puting $2billion into a fund a month/year/whatever for future retirees (think Josh and [info]freyalynn‘s husband). They’re also shelling out $2billion as well for current retirees. Congress ordered them to have some $50 billion for future retirees by 2016, and they’re almost halfway there, 2 years after the order. So the PO is technically petitioning to use some of the money in the FUND to pay current retiree benefits while still putting money into that fund. THAT’s why they’re going belly-up. The retirement shit set up by CONGRESS! The only company, private or public, federally mandated to have this fund.

Yeah, so this is another foul-up from the PREVIOUS administration, hopefully to be fixed by the current one.
