Its that time again! Time for more goals!
The ideal measurements are technically for men, and I know that my body fat numbers should be different, but I didn’t know what to change it to.

I had some big ballsy plans to go big and use tens for my workout. That was a failure, big time. I could barely lift the 5s! That’s sad, crazy and I feel like a failure. But I at least worked out!
This morning I woke up, head throbbing, but I refused to let it keep me from working out. I knew that if I missed today, I wasn’t going to do anything else.
I purchased myself a Polar FT7. Today was the day it arrived. I am loving playing with it, & finding out what all I can & can’t do with it! Ready for more!
I also purchased another Jillian Michaels DVD (Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred) and some walking hand weights (similar to these: SELF Soft Hand Weights, 4-Pound, Blue/Black)to use for the 30 Day Shred items (Beginner Shred and Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred).
Today, I did my Couch to 5K and it felt good. I’m still working on breaking in my shoes (because I did NOTHING this weekend due to sickness).
Seriously loving all that I’m doing for myself and getting healthier!
