Yesterday wasn’t that good (I was in a lot of abdominal pain, courtesy of a junky digestive system), but I at least got my “second light” (meaning 2k in steps).
Today, I got 10k and then some, plus I did 2 miles of 5 Mega Miles with Leslie Sansone and Workout 2 of Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred.
I feel good!
Though I was FREAKING STARVING and that sucked.
Need to start eating more.
Also, if you can’t tell: I have the weirdest stride. Soon, I’ll have to get a more accurate read but Josh read from back toe to front heel as nearly 2 feet, and yet I don’t get 5 miles with 10k :O
