Selfie Monday … I don’t know. First day of the month, first time really looking at the scale …
I didn’t believe it. I took the scale into another room. Same thing. I guess it’s true.
I’m not finished. I’d like to see 115. If I don’t, it’s okay. If I go back to 125, it’s okay. As long as I’m still being more active now than I have before, I’m happy with any result I have.
Yesterday, I didn’t do much with the working out (headache), so today I’m like “I’m gonna do it” and I did.
I worked out.
I wasn’t thrilled with it but I did it. I ended up finishing the workout with a smile and a laugh. I was like “Oh, I can probably do Intermediate” … haha, nope. I’m glad I stuck with the beginner because HAHAHAH … my butt and hips are SORE. In a good way though. Muscle fatigue, not muscle pulled.
But I did it, and I’m proud of myself.
Plus I also got a little more sleep. Not a LOT of sleep but enough! Not that anyone else would consider it enough 😆

The week of “Netflix and Chill”. I got hooked on “Bitten”, originally on SyFy and it was really good. I got a new app on my phone for “inappropriate” weather commentary. They’re too funny and they make the weather temps a little easier to tolerate. It’s too cold to go out, but at least we now have a working light in the kitchen, and it uses a “sunlight” bulb. I like the light that it gives off. It feels softer. I actually want to be in the kitchen now!
