I love this program. It’s different. That’s what is making the difference!
I started. Half the battle is that. Just the start. Chugging that pre-workout. Hooking the laptop to the TV. Pushing play.
Half the battle is just doing that.
The rest of the battle is all internal. Finishing. Not stopping. No matter how hard I’m breathing. No matter how much I’m hurting (good hurt, not bad hurt).
Don’t stop. Give it all.

I’m trying to make healthier, smarter choices. Just small ones here and there (as I sit here, nomming on some Pumpkin Pie KitKats ). Each morning, especially before work, I make sure I have myself a shake. I switched to non-lactose containing milks (Fairlife ultra-processed or almondmilk), and I’ve noticed a HUGE change in how my body is digesting! Yay for that win against IBS!

Today, I finally had a day off. I say finally, but it’s been six days since my last day off, so it felt very needed!
I’m doing a hybrid workout of Joel’s LIIFT4 and a mix of Autumn’s 21 Day Fix/Extreme Real Time and 80 Day Obsession. I’m SORE, but it felt so good!
Finally broke out my Polar H10 heart-rate monitor, too!
