I also ate like shite today.

Long Time … Why No Post

Someone hasn’t blogged in awhile. We’re not going to mention the lack of vlogging either. But the reason?

I ended up sick, which meant things got hectic. That means I fell behind in everything.

The real truth is that my bi-polar gave me a bit of a ride the past ten or so days. That means that I was barely motivated to move out of the bed for work. I’m thankful that I know the signs, and it didn’t get as bad as it could. I’m also thankful I have friends and family who help me in ways they would never understand!

Schedule In Your Workouts

A very smart person (aka my Beachbody coach, also a planner and creator of this kit) tells her team to schedule your workouts like you would an appointment. You wouldn’t miss that appointment without a really good excuse, so why would you miss a workout?

Tomorrow, I work a double. I get off at 215p-ish and I have to be back at 4p. That gives me an hour to get home, a workout, and a quick wipe-down to get rid of the sweat. It might mean a drive back to work with the windows down (or AC on full-bore) but I’m not going to make an excuse.

Tomorrow, I will start 21 Day Fix. 😀
