I had plans to work on some NaNo prep this week. It’s now Thursday and wanna know how much I have done?

I guess it might be time for me to take my Surface to work with me on a daily basis. I can hide in a corner or the conference room on breaks if I need to 😀 I already have permission for that (so I can have a quiet space when I feel a panic attack coming on).
As a person with Trich, keeping simple hairstyles is a must.
When I started, it was with an undercut, but ended up with most of my head shaved.
I love it. I mean, I really like it. Now, I can have long hair, and NOT have the headaches. Those ones have virtually stopped, even with having to wear a hat and ponytail daily at work.
Now, I still get the headaches, but now they’re sinus and stress related, and NOT because my hair weighs too much!
And since I’ve started Paxil, I’m noticing that my actual pulling has dropped drastically, as well. My anxiety is SO much better!
Oh, and so is my ability to pay attention! ?
Today, I finally had a day off. I say finally, but it’s been six days since my last day off, so it felt very needed!
I’m doing a hybrid workout of Joel’s LIIFT4 and a mix of Autumn’s 21 Day Fix/Extreme Real Time and 80 Day Obsession. I’m SORE, but it felt so good!
Finally broke out my Polar H10 heart-rate monitor, too!
