Weekly Plans - August 11 through August 17

    Monday, August 11th, 2008

The Goal: Each week, you figure out what you need to do for the following week. No real point, but it’s a great way of keeping track of plans and things.

    Monday, August 11, 2008

    • Practice for getting up and ready for school (Madison starts Thursday).
*w00t* We already completed that, and were ready an hour before we had to leave, lol . Plenty of time to do everything )
    • Laundry. Gotta make sure Madi’s got all the clothes she’s going to need for school.
I already have one load in the dryer and one in the washer. *w00t*
    • Clean the dishes and kitchen. ICKY!! Starting to get gross in there. Okay, not really, but definitely needs to be done.
    • Take my copy of Acheron because mine has a couple ripped pages (not my doing, shipped that way)

    Tuesday, August 12, 2008

    • Josh is off *party!!*
    • Test run to see how long it takes to get from here to the school (Josh will be staying with Ethan)
    • More laundry because you know I won’t be finished from the 11th, lol
    • Madden 2009 with Brett Favre in a Packers jersey is released. Supposedly Madden is going to release a free download that you can print out to re-cover the game with him in a Jets jersey. Anyone just baffled at that? At least they put him on the Hall of Famer or whatever roster, and not the Packers.

    Wednesday, August 13, 2008

    • Last full day with Madison at home. *whimper*
    • Do final checks, making sure we have everything she needs for school.
    • Make sure we smother her, so that she’s ecstatic to be at school ;)
    • Clean some, lol . We’ll see how much I actually get done.

    Thursday, August 14, 2008

    • Goodbye childhood, hello school. Okay, seriously, Madi’s first day of school. ) It’s only a half day, so not much will be going on, lol .
    • Josh is also off today, *w00t*. Three days off this week, one day being paid ;)
    • More cleaning. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate to clean? Maybe I’ll treat myself to a tub-cleaning, which means a nice long bath afterwards?

    Friday, August 15, 2008

    • Madi’s first full-day of school. Will she be happy or sad today? We’ll find out )
    • May I say now, that I hate cleaning but will most likely be doing more.
    • I also need to seriously get caught up on my sigs for Sigs ‘n More. Pathetically behind with those.

    Saturday, August 16, 2008

    • No big plans for today.
    • Pray the kids sleep in, or at least one ;)
    • No cleaning. I don’t care what the place looks like. If I did the chores for the week during the week, there shouldn’t be *too much* to do anyway.
    • Work on scrap pages )

    Sunday, August 17, 2008

    • Josh should be off today. *w00t*
    • Most likely staying home, or heading up to Holton to hang out there.
    • Can I has sleep-in?

So what are your plans for the week? If you post your own list, make sure you leave a comment here to let me know. I’d love to see what others are doing!!

Weekly Plans - August 04 through August 10

    Monday, August 4th, 2008

The Goal: Each week, you figure out what you need to do for the following week. No real point, but it’s a great way of keeping track of plans and things.

    Monday, August 04, 2008

    • Laundry is still kicking and beating me, so I’ll be working on that )
    • Gotta, seriously gotta, work on tags for my members. Kick me if you see me working on something else.
    • This week is also new look time for most, if not all, my sites. Only one not getting one is my writing one because it fits so well, always.

    I’m Busy!!

    Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

Today is Josh’s day off, and it’s a busy day. I’ve been up since 6am. I haven’t gotten much accomplished, but I’m already ahead for the day. Post is being written for the day, kids (and I) have had breakfast, and e-mail, for the most part, is cleared out. Josh is off with the E-man to a glass place to get the chip fixed. Only supposed to cost about $20 get it done, too )

My To Do List is pretty long, though.

    1. Member tags (April 10-30 … lots of tags)
    2. Play some Sims 2
    3. Write, write, write
    4. Laundry *gross*
    5. Dinner
    6. Lunches (yes, dinner comes first, xD, because it’s gonna be done in the crockpot

I really don’t want to do all that work, though. I wanna be lazy and just stay in bed all day. Why can’t I just do that?

    Taking Advantage

    Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008

As I’ve said many times, from around May 18th through June 15th, I’ll be in Evansville, IN, visiting my parents, and testing myself. Okay, maybe I never mentioned the testing myself, but that’s a big point of the trip. The test? To see how well or how bad I can make it without Josh. It’s more of a personal test, more than anything. I need to know that I can make it if something happens to Josh and I with our life, or if something happens to Josh.

So, in preparation for that vacation/trip, I’m got Jack Johnson - iTunes Originals - Jack Johnson - iTunes Originals downloading 5 different sets of iPodcasts: Sherrilyn Kenyon, Harry Potter, RA Salvatore, Dungeons and Dragons, and Wizards of the Coast. With those five podcast categories, you can see my total and utter geekiness, but honestly, it works for me. I like my geekiness. On top of those, I also get the WP podcast that comes out weekly.

Since I’m gonna have to be on the computer for a bit while waiting for those to download, I’m working on my Writo de Mayo. It’s similar to NaNo, but in May, and more free with the goals. My goals for May is to write a minimum of 100 words a day, and a minimum of 5000 words for the month. I went a little light since I’ll be out of town for half of May. To make sure I reach that goal, I’m starting in the middle of April. My goal is to reach 5000 before my parents arrive, which should be May 16th. I’ve reached 215 so far.

In site related news, I removed Twitter Tools. Okay, not completely, since I love having Twitter update when I’ve updated my blog, but I’ve removed the option for it to post automatically every day. It was a lazy way of getting out of posting every day here. Honestly, I’ve got enough laziness in my life. I don’t want to do it here as well.
