Schedule In Your Workouts

A very smart person (aka my Beachbody coach, also a planner and creator of this kit) tells her team to schedule your workouts like you would an appointment. You wouldn’t miss that appointment without a really good excuse, so why would you miss a workout?

Tomorrow, I work a double. I get off at 215p-ish and I have to be back at 4p. That gives me an hour to get home, a workout, and a quick wipe-down to get rid of the sweat. It might mean a drive back to work with the windows down (or AC on full-bore) but I’m not going to make an excuse.

Tomorrow, I will start 21 Day Fix. 😀
