I’m not even wanting to know true calorie burn but I’m counting THAT as a workout.
 
And I did it on 4 hours of sleep (5 according to SHealth). And 3 from yesterday.
 
Good night and I get to do it all again tomorrow. Monday’s my day off and I might make it an actual day off (I’d planned on doing arms to give my legs a break, )
