One year ago, I got my little Black Beauty. She’s been through a very LONG emotional trip with me! I 
this camera SO much! I drove Josh absolutely insane with the wanting of it, and now that I’ve had her a year, I am SO glad that I did do what I did. The only thing I’m wanting now, besides a bigger card (and I’m holding out for a 16 gig, damn it), is an expansion lens. 
Otherwise, I’m so THRILLED and HAPPY with this gorgeous Black Beauty.

I caught some very sweet tender moments
And fake sad ones
I caught alone time in the bath
And sweet together cuddles
I captured pure enjoyment
And sweet amazement
I captured an unexpected flower
And grins that can cause unexpected giggles
I captured little feet
after a very long journey
I got sweet double braids
and the sneaking of tastes
I caught a beautiful smile
And Mammaw in her natural state
I captured of moment of excitement
and a moment of cuteness
I snapped a shot of a girl and her favorite dog
and said dog exhausted after lots of snuggles and chases
I snapped a shot of myself in artsy form
and my husband in a Hitchcock film
I captured blue skies filled with huge clouds
and night skies lit up by fireworks
Two little ones with very distinct personalities
and the ability to read more of other types of people
The sweatshirts come out
and the weeds overtake
a walk is taken
a shot is flung
We learn the rules
and we reflect on the views
we say a prayer
and let our hair hang down
we make a face
and pose nicely
we share a toy
and we listen to the teacher
we find fascination in something
and fascinate others
We cuddle with family
and admire the show
we celebrate birthdays
and lay the tracks for those who come after
we think the world is ending
but a new light is always on the horizon
