So, I ran one day. ONE DAY and then spent 3 days barely able to walk because of shin splints and muscle cramps. WTH? Figured out my biggest problem is that I run weird. Like seriously weird. And really hard, too. That’s causing strain on my knee and ankle (the ankle I screwed up a year ago). The shoes that are PERFECT right now (that I own) cause my foot and leg to go funky, because of the tongue of the shoe.
Ugh, I feel like I’m just making excuses and should just look into apidexin cheap, but damn it, I want to get in shape. I want flatter everything (except chest and butt, of course 😉 ). Bleh!
