Heartburn City

Lately, it seems, no matter what I do or eat, I end up with . I switched, for the most part from sodas loaded with high fructose corn syrup to ones without (regular Pepsi to Pepsi One, because I can’t do aspartame). That helped for a bit, but not for long. I’m not looking into foods that burn fat but I wonder if they would help. I tend to try and find high protein foods instead of high fat/carb ones.

Anyone have any suggestions? I can only exist on Tums for so long (though the extra is nice ;))
