My daughter has become the proud of owner of one of her own personalized books. She got it from Frecklebox.com, and she loves it a lot, I think. Next, we’re considering some personalized coloring books for both Ethan and Madi.
While I didn’t have to pay for this one, I’m planning on buying Ethan one now for his birthday. I had so much fun opening the box. I was on pins and needles all day, waiting for her to get home.
The site is really easy to use. I love the fact that it has so many choices on which to get. I almost got her the coloring book instead of the book, but figured the book will get more use out of it now.
Along with getting her name on every single page of the book, Madison also got to have a custom inscription on the inside. It says “To our princess, Love Mommy and Daddy” Madi smiled so broadly when she heard me read that.
She is now sharing her book with her brother, trying to get him quiet so she can read it to him. There’s nothing more exciting than a new book. Having one in your own name just makes it all that more exciting. She’s enjoying it so much, and I honestly think any child, no matter how much they claim to not like reading, would love a book with their name on it.
