Less Words Wednesday



One week from yesterday, we officially enroll Madison into kindergarten. Two weeks from tomorrow, Madi officially starts kindergarten. She’s already practicing doing homework, and writing, and doing all of that good awesome kindergarten stuff. She’s too smart for me, :oogle:.


Yeah, that’s a pile of laundry. That’s what I have left from yesterday. I did a similar amount already, maybe minus a load or three, :weirdface:. Please, oh please, pity me, :meditate:.

    Wow – we start school Aug 18th – come up fast didn’t it? As for the laundry, LOL, that looks like about half what I do EVERYDAY. Lets’ team up together and invent that nifty laundry doing do dad okay, WANNA?!

    Yeah, she starts the 14th, on a Thursday, for a half-day, and then full-day on Friday (supposedly, we get complete confirmation on Tuesday about it being full-day kindergarten). Why they start on a Thursday, I have no idea. :weirdface:

    I mentioned a laundry doer in yesterday’s post, :lol:. I usually have like 1/3 of that, but my husband, when I was out of town, only washed his clothes, though he was telling me that he was doing the laundry that I’d had left over, so it piled up fast :(

    I’m still having a hard time accepting it starts in August! When I was little, it was after Labor Day!
    As for the laundry, I envy you then! I typically have at least 6 or 7 loads per day to STAY CAUGHT UP – otherwise my basement in disgustingly overloaded with dirty clothes. Seems I’m the only one in the house who can wear the same jammies 2 nights in a row or use the same towel more than once, LOL.

    Oh yeah = as for the pixel community…I tend to keep quiet and to myself – but I’ve been around for a little over 4 years or so.

    I remember when it started middle of September. Started starting in August when I started high school. :( Now it’s earlier and earlier. Pretty soon, kids won’t even get a summer break :weirdface:

    I don’t think I could handle that many loads. I hate doing laundry, period. I think I’m spoiled, right now, since Madi and Ethan both wear little to no clothes, most of the time, and we can survive in re-wearing most of the time :)

    Keeping quiet and to yourself seems to be the only way to avoid the drama, sadly :(
