No more whining, no
more lamenting on the
fact she’s growing up
I need to get up
and be mature about this
She needs to do this
Yes, I’m still having problems accepting that Madison is starting kindergarten in less than a month. In fact, it’s 4 weeks from yesterday *cry* We enroll her two weeks from Tuesday. Yes, I’m a pathetic wuss when it comes to my kids growing up,
. Please, someone, tell me I’m not alone in this.
I did find out from my CafeMom group some good-ish news. Madi should be in full-day kindergarten, rather than half-day. That means, Ethan’ll be stuck with me all by himself all day, xD. What the little boy doesn’t know is that he will be potty-trained, if it’s the last thing I do.

Aw, the growing up is so bittersweet, but it happens. Be sure to take lots of pictures along the way, always.

@MaggiesMind
Definitely taking lots of pictures. Thankfully, I got a new cellphone with a decent camera in it, so I can snag some when she’s not expecting it, and in stores, since I want shots of her choosing her school supplies, but without looking like I’m insane.
I swear, I’m not, though ;)

It’s always so hard when they start, and even harder when they end up loving it! But it’s all part of the process. Remember, you WANT to be obsolete in about 15 years.

@melissaz
, and while I’m happy, I’m sad.
.
Oh, she’s already depressed that she can’t go “right now”,
I’d rather not be “obsolete”,
