Explanation:
In November, Josh was involved in an accident with the truck. He got a call this morning and was notified that the delivery of a summons or a subpoena was going to be done. The guy said it involved an accident and that he’s to show it to his insurance company, which can only mean the truck. We’re both now seriously freaking out about it, though we’re pretty damn sure a judge will go “WTF were you doing driving with a suspended license?” to the bitch that hit him.

Update:
The update for this?
She’s suing for $75,000 for injuries and lost wages. She walked away from the accident with a tiny cut on her forehead, and a totaled car. She was driving on a suspended license.
The accident happened November 24th, and the paperwork was filed April 10th with the courts. Something sound fishy there?
