Time for that all important Weekend Update. This weekend was Josh’s 3-day weekend that he gets every few weeks, and we used it to our advantage.

Friday:
Friday wasn’t much. Nothing at all really happened. Got caught up on dishes. Played a lot with the kids. Seriously, nothing happened on Friday, . So little happened I can’t even remember, .
We did get some rockin’ storms though, and I took some pictures of it.

Saturday:
Saturday was a busy day. At about 11am, we went to Walmart for some grocery shopping. Picked up a few things for the trip next month as well (first aid kit for truck, etc). I also gots me a new shirt:


The brilliance of me, because I’m gonna end up with someone wanting to kick my ass while I wear it in Indiana. They’re just as serious about their basketball as Kansans are, .

Later on, Mark and Julie came over, and we hung out. Jamie popped over for a few minutes, and the kids had a lot of fun with her.

Sunday:
Sunday was spent separate. Meaning I spent most of the time in the bedroom. That time came up on me fast and hard, and totally unexpectedly. I wasn’t due to start until TOMORROW!! It was heavy, and oy, my ass was wiped. Josh, being the awesome husband that he is, brought me my laptop (I’d left it in the living room on Saturday, due to migraine meds putting me to sleep), and practically ordered me to stay in there, . It wasn’t that he didn’t want me around, but he knew I’d be more comfortable and able to relax. That first day always knocks me for a loop. Today, I’m doing a lot better
