Best Money Spent

I spend a nice sum of cash for a series of themes from Katy at Kiss My Code. I shelled out $220 for 9 custom done themes. To me, it’s money so well spent. This current theme (new one just uploaded) makes it all worth it.

For March I’m getting a St. Patrick’s Day theme. It’s a big deal in this house, because our son, Ethan, was born March 17, 2005. We go big for St. Patrick’s Day because he’s our lucky baby. He was a surprise from the get-go, and we definitely celebrate it. I’d nearly lost him before we even knew about him, because some asshole slammed into us from behind. I bled for 4 days afterwards, and just thought it was a regular period (a week and a half early), but when I missed 5 weeks later, we knew, and then realized that there was a good chance that E most likely would have been a twin, and while we were sad that I might have actually lost a baby, we were relieved to know that there wouldn’t be three diaper kiddos at once (since Madi was only 21 months when Ethan was born,).

The other themes will be as follows:
April & May: Spring
June: Summer
July: 4th of July
August: Summer
September: Summer
October: Halloween
November: Thanksgiving/Fall
December: Christmas
January: Winter

Pretty nice and sweet deal, wouldn’t you say? So, if you’re on the hunt for cute, unique, whatever themes (HTML or WP, or whatever), check out Kiss My Code, where Katy and Mindy will do their best to satisy your desires!

    Thanks for the mention. ๐Ÿ˜€

And for the record, themes from here on out will include a whole slue of things previously not given with themes. For that, our prices are going up so you’ll be the last one to get the 9 themes for $220 deal. :X

Katy ยป You’re most welcome ๐Ÿ™‚
    Now I feel super special!!
And what’s being added? I wanna know, I wanna know! *gets all puppy-doggish*

  3. That is so tragic about Ethan and your accident. I’m very sorry.

Sandy ยป Thanks, Sandy. We like to look at it as God’s way of saying that he won’t give us more than we can handle. Having a surprise pregnancy, at the time, was enough for us, and having to add two would have killed us, or at least hurt us pretty badly.

The others, trust me, will look just as awesome. Those girls always give me exactly what I want, even when I have no flipping clue what the heck I want (like this time, and pretty much every other time,) ๐Ÿ˜€

I think it’s great that you were able to find somebody that could put together some themes for you for your blog. I’m into the Holiday type themes too. I tried to find somebody that would put a Santa hat for Christmas on my Diva but now that Christmas is gone I think I can wait and try again next year.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I really appreciate it.. that and the fact that your comment led me to your blog which I would have never found had you not left the comment. So thanks again for stopping by and I hope to see you around more!!

DD ยป If I didn’t have someone doing the designs for me, they’d be junk, or at least not as beautifully done. I just don’t have the creativity to make a really nice and gorgeous blog. I lose it halfway through.

    You’re most welcome ๐Ÿ™‚
