#12: Buy the Bible that I’ve always wanted.
The price on the Bible has gone down significantly on it, I still can’t quite justify it for myself. Josh is leery on it, since he’s not a big reader of it, and I’m semi-leery because of how easily some people have twisted the Word at me, and to me.
I know I’d love this version, though, since I have the teen version already, and man, I loved that Bible. It’s actually falling apart because of the use it’s seen. I just need something more relevant in my life. Something that’s in plain English, but easy for me to understand, but also geared towards where I am in my life.

#19-22 Create scrapbooks for Mom (of the kids … both grandkids and her kids), Megan (of the family), Josh (of our families), and the kids.
Just a goal for myself. Maybe, eventually, I’ll actually get the courage to start and make something for them.

#57-59 Learn how to code HTML faster, code PHP, code Wordpress templates
Good, smart, maybe money-making goals. Something that’ll make my life a hell of a lot easier.

I love my current friends, I love my old friends, I just want someone I can talk with, someone I can hang out with, someone I didn’t meet through Josh and I don’t feel who’s only friends with me because they’re friends with Josh

Man, I forgot how simple, yet complicated, Photoshop can be. I’m playing in it. I want to do actual dolls again. I need something that I can do, just for me, something to keep my interest, and keep me motivated to work on shop items.

Right now, I’m working on a design for Dolling Amusements. We’ll see how that works out. I’m doing a pageant-styled look. It’s gonna have 3 dolls, same character, just 3 different looks. One is casual, one will be formal, and I need an idea for a 3rd. Heck, if I get enough, I might try and incorporate all the ideas into it. We’ll see, I guess.

Members will get their tags today, and they should get them on time, even though Josh is off today. PC is actually running pretty well (it’s running Incredimail, FireFox, and Photoshop CS2 without a problem, and with little, to no lag.

I can’t say the same for the kids, though. They’re already in the mode of “I refuse to share, all is mine”. Why do kids act like that. My brother and I never fought that bad, at least as far as I can remember. Dad might tell me different.

Speaking of the kids, Madi is seriously starting to piss me off. She’s potty-trained, pee-wise. She’ll go overnight without peeing, without a problem. Poop? Whole different story. She just sits and craps in her pants, and then bawls when you have to clean it because she doesn’t say anything, and you find out by smell. *gag* Please, suggestions on that would be LOVELY!

101 Things in 1001 Days – Discussion of the first 10 goals. My goals are written in alphabetical order, not order of importance, just so its easier for me to keep track of.

Goal 01: Attempt to blog each and every day
I’m helping myself with this goal, because I joined Blog365. The goal is to write every day, no matter what. Heck, not even writing; things like Wordless Wednesdays count

Goal 02: Attempt to write in my offline journal every day
This is part of Embodiment on LJ. This will be my written record of how my year went.

Goal 03: Be more social
I meant this as more of an offline goal, but I think I can bring it out into the online world as well. I’m an extremely shy person. Those who only know me online probably wouldn’t believe it, but those who know me just offline, or a combination of both *waves at Mish*, they’ll agree with me, I believe. The goal isn’t to overcome the shyness, but to not let it control me.

Goal 04: Be spontaneous with the one I love
Josh and I don’t take enough time out for each other. We’re both so exhausted by the end of the day that we just cuddle for a bit, and then roll to our sides of the bed, So sad and pathetic.

Goal 05: Become a published author in some way
Yeah, I could count the blogging as such, but I don’t. I want something a bit more tangible. I just don’t really know how to go about it. The Poetry.com crap is a scam, so I want something legitimate.

Josh got approved for the 6K for 36 months without a problem (6.5% interest, which is the lowest they offer *sweet*), and we can do up to 60 months with 12K if we find a co-signer. Josh is going to find out tomorrow what’s our max without needing a co-signer (he only needs it because he’s been at the post office for less than a year).

That means we’re gonna be able to get a 2000-2002 without a problem. Hell freaking yeah! It also means that we actually have a choice between a full-size truck or an SUV. And!! The plan is after this loan is over, we go for a 3rd vehicle (keeping the car, of course). AND!! We’ll have something of actual value for collateral with the house loan, so HELL FREAKING YES!!

Finally something is coming together the way we need it to. It’s about freaking TIME!!

I’m in search of widget-ready themes for SnM. I’m switching it to WP, just because it’s so much easier to update that way, and handle spammy comments. We’ll see how long that lasts.

So, now I’m on the hunt. I love KMC’s themes that I have, but they’re not widget-ready (the ones I have), and I’m not about to attempt to screw them all up by even attempting to make them widget-ready.

This one today isn’t too much of a surprise. It’s a big “Fuck off and die” to insurance companies. You are only out for yourselves. A bitch can drive with a suspended license, but you’ll cave, even though she has no leg to stand on and won’t take you to court. A judge is just going to laugh at her ass. Instead, you screw over the guy that’s been with you since he was 15. WTF?
