Wow! That was scary! Becky was messing with something in the main server, and she broke it! I’m telling you, she BROKE it! Hey, but she fixed it!! All that matters is that she fixed it, but I’m still gonna pick on her for it, At least nothing was lost, and it wasn’t a big huge break. Just a widdle one that first killed the server, then killed the databases. They’re all better now ;)

In other news, I’ve gone PINK for October. The theme is by Katy and Mindy, of Kiss My Code. The theme is available for anyone, just a $10 payment, and they even put your name on it for you. Sweet, huh? I love the design! It’s amazing and PERFECT!!

Now, it’s time for me to try and attempt to make tags for my members. Yesterday was exhausting and today, for most of the day, Josh had control of the computer (I’m not complaining). Tomorrow, besides normal daily stuff, I need to find romantic, non-country songs for Mark and Julie’s wedding (Julie’s request). I can fit like 200 songs onto the CD (we’re taking our stereo for them to use), so bring on the suggestions!!

I’ve only been up for about 3 hours, XD. Josh let me sleep in today. He even made the kids breakfast (pancakes). YUM!! He said he considered having the kidlets carry me some in, but decided to just let me sleep. *AWW*

I really hate Saturdays. They screw up the weekly schedule. TV is all off. Nothing is on for the kids, so they bug me.

Saturdays mean that kids in the complex are home. That means it’s loud, since we’re right across the parking lot from the playground.

Saturdays mean the people are off of work. That means that Josh is pissy because there’s more traffic on the road.

Have I mentioned that I hate Saturdays? I want a vacation from Saturdays!

Now for the review of the season premiere of CSI (YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!)

[spoiler]First off!! Holy shit! The writing was amazing! The actors were great. Everything was awesome.
I’m usually a commercial channel changer, but I barely flipped, because I was scared I was going to miss a second. That’s saying something!!

I thought it was awesome that Nick’s the one that found Sara, and I’m so glad that she’s alive.

*grumble at Josh* He said “Just because she opened her eyes doesn’t mean she’s alive”. WTF? I understand what he’s saying but killing Sara would kill the show! She’s got a HUGE fan base.[/spoiler]

There’s a post at a blog I read regularly (I’ve got it in my RSS reader, XD). The topic is about a mother and father who left their four-year-old in a burning trailer, but saved their dogs. That’s not the worst part. They were asked several times if there was anyone left in the trailer. They said no for 20 minutes, when they finally admitted/realized that their child was still in the building.

There’s a pretty good consensus on several points:
1) Kids come first, before pets, ALWAYS
2) Something is fishy with the parents lying about their child, and not remembering for 20 minutes.

Point 2 is what gets to me. How can you forget that your child could possibly be in a building that’s burning. Even if you don’t have full-time custody, wouldn’t you have them check, just to be on the safe side, if your child is in there? For gods sake, a child is irreplaceable!!

I’ve been a jittery jumpy mess this whole week. A good portion is because I’m not eating. I’m just not hungry. The thought of eating makes me wanna yack in a bucket. *grumble* That’s also the reason I haven’t been doing the tags like I’m supposed to. The not-eating, jittery jumpy mess is making me exhausted. It’s making me extremely bitchy. It’s making me go nuts. I hate it!!

I haven’t opened up PSP x2 yet to start on tags. I’m waiting on the mail to come so that I won’t have to get up during creating to go get it. I’m starting to hate the mail carriers in this area. One shows up at 9am. One shows up at 10am. One shows up at noon. o.O I can understand the hour difference between 2, but TWO hours. Even Josh said that’s a bit nuts, considering Mr. Noon is always on Saturday. That’s one of the slowest days, mail-wise. Doesn’t make sense. Then again, he’s the only one who does it out of his own private vehicle, so that could be something (we’re rural).

-Went and checked, and Nada! Figures, right? Not that we’re expecting anything, . Expecting reminds me though. Anyone know where I can find a Pirates theme midi? I just need a small file for my cell, XD. The current tone is 1.5 megs, which is over three-fourths the size of my memory of what I can clear out

Too cute, right? Of course, drama can’t be stopped with the PC, so I’m just gonna quote from my LJ:

I hate the freaking toggle for Bluetooth. Josh accidentally clicked “dial-up” with Jesse’s phone and it nearly killed me, LOL!!

Josh fixed it!! It wasn’t connecting with the right IP address It was connecting with some 192.whatever instead of Cox’s 255.whatever, *sniffle* Now it’s all working though. I’d already given up on it and pretty much had a meltdown, LOL. He never once faltered, except bitching about how slow the computer was running, XD.

Figures, right? If you find the IOGear bluetooth reading thing for the PC, don’t buy it, unless you plan on redoing your network settings constantly!

I feel so freaking bad. I’ve got the 23rd and 24th tags for my members, and I never sent them. Then yesterday, Josh and I shared PC-time, and I lost all drive to do anything. I was half-zonked in front of the computer. It just sucked. Today, it doesn’t seem much better. *grumble* This is getting ridiculous. I just want the world to right itself, and me to feel all inspired to create, create, create. I need to make some money!!

God, why am I so freaking tired. I feel completely and totally wiped. Okay, it could be explained by the fact that I was up until 1am this morning because I couldn’t fall asleep. Then, at 8am, Josh got up. That woke me up, and I stayed awake. Now, it’s 7pm, and I’m ready for bed. I can’t go to sleep though!! 7PM means FOUR FREAKING PREMIERES!!!!!: NCIS, The Biggest Loser, Bones, AND Beauty and the Geek. *grumble* I need a flippin’ DVR!!
