Something I’m having a problem with: setting prices in my shop.
I don’t know what’s too expensive. What’s too cheap. What’s just right.

Suggestions on cost? I’d like to actually, you know, make some money. I haven’t really made any, but I don’t want to close. I want to stay open, but it’s getting hard to keep it going with more money going towards memberships and the like because my ass sucks at making items.

So, any suggestions would be wonderful!!

I had to unhooked the router. I have no clue what’s going on, but it only works for a few hours, and then screws up everything. I think a good portion might have to do with the Wii itself, which is weird. That, or someone keeps attempting to use our connection (password-protected). Either way, we can only use it for a few hours, then we have to disconnect, and then re-start the PC, :impatient:. It drives me nuts!

Well, it looks like it was the box, again, XD. They said if it happens again, though, it’s most likely the DVD/VCR combo throwing back feedback. For now, though, they have a feedback-voltage blocker-thing on the internal wires

Looks like we’re most likely cancelling digital.
Not because we can’t afford it.
Not because we don’t like it.
But because we’ve had a working box a WEEK, and it’s been out-out 3 times already, twice now for over 24 hours.

That, and when the tech came last week (Monday), to replace the box? They CHARGED us for the box. Though we have the quality assurance plan, though the tech SAW that it was stuck on the loading process. Saw that it wasn’t a problem with our set-up. $34 to say that we needed a new box. WTF? I would have hooked it up myself, FFS, but he had to do it, to make sure it wasn’t a problem with our lines (another thing we CAN’T be charged for because of the quality assurance plan). This is getting fucking RIDICULOUS!!

We’ve got a Cox person, PLUS a supervisor coming out tomorrow between 3 and 5pm.
That, and they credited the account for the billing that shouldn’t of occurred, AND the tech on the phone made a notation on the account NOT to charge for the visit tomorrow.

Josh is actually happy that I told him to give Cox one more shot. They surprised even me, XD

Okay, you want to know? Josh has this awesome body spray. It’s the Axe brand stuff (Essence is the scent). I love it, so while we were at Toys ‘R Us yesterday, the kiddos got stuffies, and I got myself a new one too. Madi got a blue unicorn, Ethan got Scooby Doo, and I got this extremely soft, adorable little horse. Now the horse reeks of Josh’s bodyspray, because I missed him, . Pathetic, right?

Got yesterday and today’s tags done. Josh threw me off schedule and I didn’t get anything done yesterday. Barely got a shower and make-up, XD. *grumble* Sometimes I hate Josh’s days off, , just because I get so used to being with the kids only during the day, and then he throws me for a loop, XD

Good news, though: Digital came up the evening I complained about it, . Josh goes, “We’ll just put in a movie” and five minutes later, up it comes, right on the NFL network, right at the start of a Colts game. *sweet*

And figures I’d mention that it’s back up and *boom* it goes down again *grumble*

The person I’ve complained about previously is already up to three e-mails TODAY, identical subjects, in nearly all of the groups I’m in. I’m thinking the others have removed her from the group or something, because there aren’t ANY posts from her, .

Digital is out again. Sprout was on all morning. I got tired of it, and kids weren’t watching it, so I changed the channel. TWO CHANNELS, and *boom* Temporarily Off Air. WTF? Regular cable is working and so is the internet (obviously). This is seriously starting to piss me off. We had the tech out yesterday (same one from Monday), and he replaced EVERYTHING that could be replaced, and we had no problems, NONE, until I decided to change the channel this afternoon. *grumble* Josh is dealing with them this time. I can’t be polite anymore about this. I can’t even blame 2’s boyfriend, because he’s not even here (we thought it was because of a backfeed from his oxygen stuff causing it, but he’s not here, so it’s not possible for that). This is just getting fucking ridiculous.

I honestly think there’s something wrong with the lines here in the complex, period, because that same tech was out FOUR times, besides our appointment, at least. I seriously doubt there were that many installations.

Well, the kids let me sleep in. That was a good thing. I’m still absolutely exhausted, but I got some sleep that I desperately needed, . Then again, I was awake with Josh, until I fell back asleep. And then I was back up at 8am to turn off my cell alarm. I don’t care if sleeping in screws up a schedule, I needed to sleep.

Yeah, person I posted about (and others agreed with me about), has posted at least twice to each community, with 3 different e-mail subjects, but pretty much the same identical message in all 3. Sheezus! Come on and catch a clue!

Josh and I are slowly getting what we want really nailed down. Last night was a successful evening for that . We’ve got guy’s garb down, invitation designs down, and dress style for me and the girls down. *sweet* It’s getting easier now that we both have what we want. I get my beach (which Josh wants as well), and he gets to have it somewhere his mom loved (which I want as well). We’re agreeing on most everything, . How well we are getting along is starting to scare me, XD. I thought we’re supposed to fight on what we want.

I have no idea if it’s just me, but I’m tired of getting the same freaking e-mails from the same freaking people, 3-4 times a day. I’m seriously considering leaving all of my advertising groups, and just keeping the members I’ve got. The same few people constantly spam the advertising groups, with identical e-mails, constantly. Even if several people go “Stop, you’re killing your own business”, they conveniently ignore them. That, or they’re sitting on “no mail” or “special notices” so that they don’t get copies of their own e-mails. FFS, STOP!!

I paid for a lifetime membership to one of these sites, and 6 months later, she deletes me “because I’m not listed”. Hello, I filled out EVERYTHING I had to. You keep advertising, yet you never update with new stuff. You constantly delete current members because YOU don’t receive the e-mails from them that YOU request monthly.

Another one “couldn’t keep up with updates”, so she sold half her site, then 3 months or so later, opened up another, and I can tell that she’s going the same route, because someone in her family is constantly sick. I get migraines, yes, but I let my members know ASAP, and then I make sure they get what they ordered. Three times someone in her family has gotten sick, and I’ve placed an order (before the notice was sent out), and when she goes “all orders are filled”, I, of course, never got mine, nor a response to my repeated request. *grumble*

Josh cried a little last night. He was thinking of how much Ethan’s learning and the fact that his mom is missing it all. Just thinking of it is making me tear up. Ethan’s learning so much, and so fast, and it kills me to know that Kathy will never see it. It kills me to know that Ethan will never know his grandmother. It kills me to know that Madison is slowly forgetting her, no matter how much we try and keep the memory alive. It really makes me happy knowing that I’m doing everything in my power, though, to keep the memory alive, and to help my family through this.

The one year anniversary is coming up, and honestly, I’m supposed to be in Indiana during that time. I want to go to visit my family, but Madi is doing so much damage to her room that I’m worried about her doing the same to my parents house. They’ve spent so much remodeling their house and I’d feel so guilty if my daughter destroyed that.

Speaking of destroyed. Once again, we’ve got a Cox tech coming out tomorrow. Digitial is out. *grumble* We can’t even turn off the damn box now. Stupid Cox. Good news comes out of this: the guy on the phone, without me asking, credited our account for ALL of the cable (including basic) since Monday. That completely made the set-up for digital FREE!! *sweet* So totally makes it worth it. What’s hilarious though? The guy was going to call me back because the box hadn’t reset itself yet, and right after we got the number to call all cleared up, the dang thing did what it was supposed to (still out, but the box was finally back online, XD). Figures, right?

Man, I’ve slightly gone nuts on FaceBook. I’ve added a lot of new features to it. I’m liking it much more than MySpace, just because the spam artists are more readily blocked by FaceBook’s servers *sweet*
