Josh headed off to bed (he was snoring on the couch), so I’m now headphoned, and jamming to tunes.

That’s what Josh calls our next-door neighbors. The youngest is about 15, and the oldest probably just graduated high school. Neither one have any courtesy when it comes to coming up and down the stairs. They stomp, they yell, they bang on the door to get in.
