Life seems to drag on for those who barely leave the house. I’m so pathetic that yesterday I got a thrill out of grocery shopping by myself. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Right now, I’m excited, and for something so simple. I’m making chili, for the first time in my life O.o How sad is that? I feel like I’m getting more and more pathetic with each passing day. I got excited, yesterday, over the fact that I got purple pens. And a matching notebook. Cheap, at that. I’m scaring myself at times.

Sometimes I just wish that I had more going on. The kids are amazing, but I hate feeling cooped up all the time. I can’t really go anywhere, because we can’t afford the unnecessary gas usage. That, and it’s practically impossible to go anywhere with the brats by myself. They both pitch fits if one gets the single stroller and they don’t, and I can’t get the double one up and down the stairs. The huge ass thing tries to take me down instead. Life as a mom isn’t easy. Winter blues are kicking in, and we keep getting told “snow is coming”, yet it never does. Maybe it if it would actually show up, maybe I’d be in a better mood. The kids would have so much fun playing in the snow.
